The Members’ Assembly is the highest political and therefore decisive body of the ECC Association. It consists of representatives from all the ECC Members and meets at least once every three years in a different European locations. This enables the Members’ Assembly to visit present as well potential members of the ECC.

Non-members aloud to join the assembly, but are excluded from casting any votes.

The Members’ Assembly elects the ECC Board and adopts the Board’s mandate up to the following assembly.

The first Members’ Assembly of the ECC took place in May 2017 in Grünau near Berlin, Germany with 15 members present and several visitors.
